Defects and Exchange
In the event any item sent is defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email to email@example.com. Kindly provide the following in your email:
- Order number
- Defective/damaged/incorrect item(s) and quantity
- Supporting photos
The case will be reviewed and depending on the severity, we may arrange for a full refund or an exchange within 5 working days. Please note that refund will be made in the form of store credits.
You can also choose to bring the items back to us personally and we will process your request immediately. Our office is located at:
